Chilli and paprika give these classics a continental flavour

makes 20, ready in 25 mins

6 Extra Special Light & Lean Pork Sausages
1tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp chilli flakes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1tsp fennel seeds, toasted and crushed
1tbsp finely chopped parsley
375g pack Asda Ready Rolled Light Puff Pastry
1 large egg, beaten
Splash of milk
1tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Remove the sausage meat from the skins and mix with the paprika, chilli, garlic, fennel seeds and chopped parsley.

Unroll the pastry and cut in half lengthways. Divide the sausage mixture into two and spread along the length of each pastry strip.

Mix the egg and milk and brush along one long edge of each pastry strip. Fold the other edge over the meat and press to seal. Cut each roll into 10, brush with the rest of the egg and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins or until golden and crisp.
