garlicky celeriac mash
 

2 celeriac
400g maris piper potatoes
3 bashed garlic cloves
large knob of butter
splash of single cream
couple of handfuls of baby leaf spinach
grated nutmeg to serve

Peel and roughly chop the celeriac and potatoes. Boil in a pan of salted water with the garlic cloves for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain, discard the garlic, then mash the celeriac with the butter and cream. Add a couple the baby leaf spinach, stir until wilted, then season. Sprinkle with the nutmeg to serve.
