creamy garlic mushrooms

1 or 2 garlic cloves
120g chestnut mushroom
20g creamed coconut

Dissolve the creamed coconut in 50ml boiling water.

Heat ½ tbsp oil in a flying pan on a medium heat and add the garlic and mushrooms.

Fry for 3 minutes, then add the coconut and cook for 2 minutes. Season.
