cheat’s chocolate and pear crumbles

makes 4

1kg pears (about 5 pears), peeled and chopped
200g dark chocolate, grated
125ml maple syrup
60ml single cream
260g shop-bought granola

1 Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4. Place the pear, chocolate, maple syrup and cream in a large bowl and mix to combine. Divide the mixture between 4 x 375ml ovenproof dishes and top with the granola. Place on an oven tray, cover with kitchen foil and bake for 25 minutes.

2 Remove the foil and bake for a further 5 minutes or until golden, before serving.
